Caslon Green Hand-Marbled Empire Lamp Shade

Caslon is a peacock comb marble in seaglass green and soft blue over cream, trimmed in a clear grass green at both edges. Green is the color I am asked for most and almost never find well made, and this one holds its own next to a kelly green or a moss glaze without trying to match either exactly.

The paper is marbled by hand in India on 100% recycled cotton stock, one sheet at a time, so the comb falls differently on every shade and no two are alike. The frame is brass plated steel with a spider fitting, sized for standard US lamps.
