Returns & Refunds Policy
At Kevin Francis Design, we take pride in the quality of our products. Because many of our items are made to order or carefully curated, we only accept returns or offer refunds for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
If you believe your item qualifies for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date at contact@kevinfrancisdesign.com. Requests received after this window cannot be accepted.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Original packaging must be included.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund—minus the 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs—will be processed back to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank or credit card statement again.

Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank, as processing times vary.

Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need to request a replacement for the same item, please email us at contact@kevinfrancisdesign.com.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total.
