In the powder bathroom in my West Midtown Project, i wanted to bring some European-inspired drama to this small, builder-grade space. With a small footprint to cover, I thought it was the perfect chance to experiment with a limewash paint finish in "Vendôme Beige" to give the walls a subtle artisan-inspired texture. I moved the existing artwork to the adjacent wall to open up the space and used a lucite pedestal to add a decorative black vase to the corner without crowding the room.
The mix of metallics, vintage touches, and eclectic sconce really emphasize the European vibe in here and make it a little jewelbox of design elements with minimal renovation. See all the details below!
