AALTO RESIDENCE
WEST MIDTOWN, ATLANTA
Full of bold contrasts, the industrial architectural details of this modern townhouse were brought to life through the contrast of beautiful antiques, family heirlooms, and an impressive art collection. Inspired by a New York pied-a-terre, this playful home features statement light fixtures, bespoke upholstery detailing, and nods to iconic modernist silhouettes to make each piece feel new again.
The kitchen was updated to flow with the open-floorplan design featuring a sealed crane wallpaper backsplash, terrazzo countertops, and a custom island. An oval Saarinen tulip table hosts antique shield-back dining chairs, and lively green accents were used throughout the home to create a continuous thread between rooms.
