A Classic Primary Bedroom Design With Frontgate
I recently partnered with Frontgate's trade program to give this Niles Place Residence primary bedroom a classic makeover, utilizing a handsome mix of styles and materials to elevate the space. From the fluted-front dresser to the marble-topped nightstands, it was easy to bring a mixture of luxe textures to the design with Frontgate's selection of furniture and decor. The highlight of the room is definitely the pair of handmade playing card collages, which were perfect for flanking the bed with a conversation-starting presence. I used a mixture of neutrals and blues to complement the red in this artwork and emphasize a soothing space.
Shop the Look
The French-style nightstands were the perfect complement to the clean lines of the shelter bed and silky Resort Collection bedding. I added a knotted brass table lamp on top with a pleated lamp shade for added texture.
Below, I used the Kelsey accent chair to complete this corner of the room, with a fully-upholstered frame that's reminiscent of a mid-century Parsons chair. My client's vintage racquet hangs on the wall.
The soothing combination of blues and greys with warm brass and traditional textures like pleating and embroidery help bridge new and old in this classic primary bedroom design. Sourcing from Frontgate's product collections made it easy to bring a sophisticated mix of styles to the space that emphasized my client's collected taste.
