New Regency
Style™
Interiors that read as collected, not decorated: classic bones, a modern hand, and rooms built to be lived in.
The Studio
A design studio for people who want a home that lasts.
Kevin Francis Design is a full-service interior design studio based in Atlanta, working with clients across the Southeast and nationwide. The studio takes on whole-home interiors, renovations, and the kind of single, significant room that sets the tone for everything around it.
Founded in 2018 by Kevin Francis O'Gara, the practice grew out of a lifelong appreciation for antiques and a trained eye for proportion. Kevin studied design and hospitality at Cornell University and has spent the years since bringing a fresh, unfussy take on classic style to homes across Atlanta and the Southeast.
That approach has a name: New Regency Style™, a fresh blend of old and new, classic and contemporary, with a light touch that feels approachable rather than staged.

Before You Inquire
The practical questions.
Where does the studio work?
Atlanta and the surrounding metro is home, and it's where full renovation and project-management work is concentrated. Furnishing and full-home design projects are taken on nationwide, with travel built into the scope.
What does a project typically invest?
Full-home interior design engagements generally start at $40,000 in furnishings and finishes, not including design fees. Single-room and renovation scopes vary widely. The introductory call is where we size it honestly, before either of us commits.
How long does a project take?
A signature room is typically eight to twelve weeks from concept to install. A full home runs six to twelve months depending on custom lead times and construction.
Do you work alongside builders and architects?
Regularly. On renovation projects the studio coordinates directly with your builder, architect, or contractor, holding the drawings, specifications, and finish schedules so nothing gets decided twice.
What is New Regency Style™?
It's the studio's trademarked name for a fresh blend of old and new, classic and contemporary, held together with a light touch. Antiques next to clean-lined upholstery. Intentional layers of color and pattern. Rooms that feel gathered over time, and personal to our clients.
